Spring onion (green part) cut into fine rings

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen pretzels on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vegan crème fraîche, vegan grated cheese, chopped spring onion, cornstarch, salt and pepper until well combined. Fill the spaces between each pretzel with this mixture.
  3. Spread the diced bell pepper, planted.pulled BBQ and diced red onion evenly over the pretzels.
  4. Bake the pretzels in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and the topping is bubbling.
