Chopped dill

Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts and butternut squash on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, the planted.pulled Spicy Herbs according to the instructions on the packaging.
  4. In a large bowl, place the roasted vegetables, the planted.pulled Spicy Herbsdill, pomegranate seeds and vegan feta. Refine with a little olive oil and lemon juice and season again with salt and pepper.
