Preparation

  1. Slice the carrots and finely chop the onions. Quarter the mushrooms.
  2. Sauté the onions in a large casserole or saucepan for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and roast until their liquid has completely evaporated. Then add the carrots and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Stir in the miso paste, soy sauce and smoked paprika powder.
  5. Dust with potato starch and mix well.
  6. Deglaze with the red wine and then pour in the previously boiled vegetable stock.
  7. Add the dark chocolate, reduce the heat and simmer gently until the sauce thickens.
  8. Season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
  9. Separately, fry the planted.steak Bites with garlic and rosemary until lightly browned.
  10. Add the sautéed pieces to the sauce at the end of the cooking time.
  11. Serve hot with a side dish of your choice.
