A handful of cherry tomatoes

Tbsp olive oil

tablespoon tomato paste

Tbsp. soy sauce

Tbsp smoked paprika powder

tablespoon paprika powder

tablespoon garlic powder
300ml
Tomato sauce
1
small tin of corn
Salt & pepper to taste
To serve - rice; avocado; (vegan) crème fraîche; tortilla chips; lemon slices

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables and the planted.pulled BBQ into smaller pieces.
  2. Fry the onions in olive oil, then add the planted.pulled BBQ and fry until slightly crispy.
  3. Stir in the tomato purée, chopped vegetables, soy sauce and spices. Mix well.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and sweetcorn, season to taste and simmer until well cooked.
  5. Serve the dish with rice and garnish with avocado, (vegan) crème fraîche, tortilla chips and a squeeze of lemon juice.
