Mix all ingredients for the coleslaw: White cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.
Heat the planted.pulled BBQ in a pan according to the pack instructions.
Top the burger buns with: a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, approx. 3 tbsp planted.pulled and 3 tbsp coleslaw. Place the top of the burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
