Preparation

Preparation of the salad
  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into rough pieces of approx. 3x3 cm or halve them if they are small. Do not cut them too small. If possible, use the tomatoes at room temperature. If you keep your tomatoes in the fridge, take them out early enough. Tip: When buying, make sure they are ripe enough.
  2. Place the tomatoes on a flat plate.
  3. Briefly sauté the shallots in a little olive oil so that they lose some of their sharpness.
  4. Season the tomatoes evenly with lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper and finish with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle the salad with plenty of coarsely plucked basil.
Preparation of the steak
  1. Take the planted. Steak paprika from the packaging.
  2. Preheat the grill or your frying pan to medium heat.
  3. Grill or fry the steak. paprika for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Optional
  1. Addition: If you have some oil to hand, you can add some to the pan or brush it on before putting it on the grill.
