Soy sauce

brown sugar

freshly grated ginger

Finely chopped garlic cloves
Cooked rice to serve
Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation

  1. Cut the planted.steaks into strips and turn them in the cornstarch until they are evenly coated.
  2. Mix the vegetable stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger and chopped garlic in a bowl. Stir well.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the planted.steak strips for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce into the same pan. Add a little cornstarch (cornstarch mixed with a little water) to thicken the sauce. Simmer until shiny and thickened.
  5. Add the chopped spring onions and cook briefly until they are slightly soft, then return the planted.steak strips to the pan and mix them thoroughly with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot with rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
