Preparation

Preparing the potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C. 
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces of approx. 3x3 cm. If you like, you can also cut them into triangular shapes. This looks a little more natural. Feel free!
  3. Immediately add the herbs and salt, mix with a little oil and massage in so that the oil is well distributed over the surface of the potatoes.
  4. Lay the potatoes flat on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The pieces should not touch each other to achieve the best result.
  5. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 170°C with ventilation for approx. 20-25 minutes, depending on how large you have cut the potatoes. 
  6. Cut the zucchinis into 2x2 cm pieces.
  7. Halve the spring onions and cut them diagonally into 1 cm thick slices.
  8. 6 minutes before the potatoes are cooked, place the zucchinis and spring onions on the tray.
  9. Take out the tray and refine it with chopped parsley and sea salt if necessary.

Preparation of the steak
  1. Take the planted. Steak paprika from the packaging.
  2. Preheat the grill or your frying pan to medium heat.
  3. Grill or fry the steak. paprika for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Optional
  1. Addition: If you have some oil to hand, you can add some to the pan or brush the pan with it before putting it on the grill.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the steak and potatoes on a plate next to each other or place them on separate plates in the middle of the table to share.
  2. Combine them with a yogurt dip, herb sauce or another dip of your choice.
