Preparation

For the herb couscous
  1. Place the couscous in a bowl and pour the hot vegetable stock over it. Cover with a plate/foil or lid and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Fluff up the couscous with a fork, then mix in the olive oil, chopped parsley, mint and dill. Add a little lemon juice, olives, capers and the diced cucumber. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the herb couscous on a plate or platter.
Preparation of the steak
  1. Take the planted. Steak paprika from the packaging
  2. Preheat the grill or your frying pan to medium heat.
  3. Grill or fry the steak. paprika for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Preparation of curry dip
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the dish at the very end.
Serve
