teaspoon garam masala

tablespoon vegetable stock

Tbsp vegan oyster sauce
300ml
Water

tsp sugar

tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
To serve - rice
Sesame seeds & spring onions

Viennese style

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until they are golden brown.
  2. Stir in the grated apple, (vegan) butter and flour.
  3. Add curry powder, garam masala, vegetable stock, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and vegan oyster sauce.
  4. Pour in the water, season with salt, pepper and paprika and leave the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, fry the planted.schnitzel and cook the rice.
  6. Puree the sauce until smooth, then return it to the pan to keep warm.
  7. Serve the sauce with rice, place the sliced planted.schnitzel on top and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
