Preparation

  1. Puree the silken tofu with a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy, then set it aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the planted.steak bites until they are golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat, add the gochujang, soy sauce, and vinegar, and mix everything well with the planted.steak bites.
  4. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain them.
  5. Place the udon noodles in a bowl, spread the tofu cream over them, and toss gently.
  6. Top the pasta with planted.steak bites and finish it off with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
