Preparation

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the planted.nuggets fry until golden brown and crispy.
    Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the Brussels sprouts and fry until lightly browned.
    Then add the sesame seeds, garlic and ginger and fry briefly until fragrant.
  3. In the meantime, mix the soy sauce, rice syrup, rice vinegar and gochujang in a small bowl to make the sauce.
    Add the sauce to the Brussels sprouts in the pan and simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. The planted.nuggets back into the pan and stir well until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot - over steamed basmati rice, garnished with spring onions and a few sesame seeds.
