Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then roast them for 25–30 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the planted.steak bites for 2–3 minutes until they are nicely browned, then add the soy sauce and mix everything well.
  3. Reduce the heat, add the vegan butter to the pan and let it melt, then add the garlic and sauté it briefly.
  4. Add the roasted potatoes to the pan and toss everything together so that the potatoes and plant-based steak bites are coated with the garlic butter.
  5. Serve the dish and garnish it with fresh chives.
