Asparagus stir fry

Sesame oil

bunch of asparagus, chopped

Soy sauce

Cornstarch

Gochujang chili paste
2 tbsp
vegan oyster sauce
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tsp
grated ginger
2 tbsp
Water
Cooked rice and sesame seeds to serve

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, marinate the planted.chicken Nature with 2 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce and corn starch. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce, gochujang chili paste, vegan oyster sauce, sugar, grated ginger and water to prepare the sauce.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the marinated planted.chicken and fry until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil. Add the asparagus and stir-fry until al dente.
  5. Put the planted.chicken back into the pan, then pour in the sauce. Mix everything well until it is evenly coated and well heated through.
  6. Serve hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
