2 tbsp
Curry powder
1 tbsp
Cornstarch
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
4 TBSP.
Soy yogurt
1 tbsp
vegan mayo
2-3 TABLESPOONS
Sriracha
1 tbsp
crispy chili oil
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Garlic powder
0.5 dl
Soy milk
Cooked rice to serve

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the planted.chicken Nature with the curry powder, corn starch and soy sauce. Fry in a pan until golden brown and slightly sticky.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy yogurt, vegan mayonnaise, Sriracha, crispy chili oil, salt, garlic powder and soy milk until smooth.
  3. Add the fried planted.chicken Nature to the sauce and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Serve with rice and garnish with extra crispy chili oil and sliced spring onion, if desired.
