Preparation

  1. Bake or fry the fries until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Slice the onion, tomatoes, and chili pepper into thin slices, chop the parsley and mint, mix everything with a little oil and salt, and set it aside; chop the pickles into small pieces.
  3. Combine the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl, then gradually add cold water until you have a creamy, pourable sauce.
  4. Prepare the planted.skewers Smoky BBQ according to the package instructions until they are hot and lightly browned.
  5. Briefly warm the flatbreads in a pan or on the grill until they are soft.
  6. Spread the tahini sauce on the flatbreads, top with the herb and vegetable mixture, fries, and pickles, place the planted.skewers on top, drizzle everything with more sauce and a little lemon juice, and roll the wrap up tightly.
