Peel the potatoes and cook them in little salted water for 20 minutes, then drain them.

Meanwhile, fry the planted.schnitzel with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, quarter the potatoes and add them to the butter along with the parsley. Mix the potatoes well with the butter.
