Schnitzel with potatoes

Ingredients

2 Servings
2 pieces planted.schnitzel Viennese style
1tbsp oil
approx 250g potatoes
10g butter
1 handful of chopped parsley
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cook in lightly salted water for 20 minutes, then drain.

Meanwhile, fry the planted.schnitzel with 1 tbsp oil over a medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, quarter the potatoes and add them to the butter together with the parsley. Mix the potatoes well with the butter.

Arrange the planted.schnitzel and parsley potatoes on a plate and serve with cranberries!
