Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the cooking surface.
  2. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then grill them until they are tender and have a slight char; keep them warm.
  3. Place the planted.steak Herbs on the grill and grill them for 3–4 minutes per side until they are nicely browned, let them rest briefly, and then cut them into pieces.
  4. Melt the vegan butter over low heat, add the garlic and herbs, and heat everything briefly without browning it.
  5. Arrange the planted.steak Herbs on a plate, drizzle them with the warm herb butter, and serve them with the grilled vegetables.
