Preparation

  1. Marinate the planted.chicken Nature with garlic powder, corn starch, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the cucumber and red onion into thin slices and mix with sugar, salt, 1 clove of garlic, Kikkoman soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and chili flakes.
  3. Fry the marinated planted.chicken for a few minutes with a little oil and remove it from the pan.
  4. Prepare the sauce in the same pan by adding butter, 2 cloves of garlic, rice vinegar, the remaining teaspoon of sesame oil and gochujang. Add a little water to thin the sauce.
  5. Add the planted.chicken to the sauce and mix until well coated.
  6. Serve the planted.chicken and cucumber salad on rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
