Ingredients

2 Servings

160 g planted.chicken nature
2 nectarines
2 handful of raspberries
1 Avocado
Various lettuces
1 small red onion

 

For the salad dressing

1.5 EL Raspberry jam
4 EL Olive oil
2 EL Dark balsamic vinegar
1 EL Light balsamic vinegar
1/2 TL Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper

Preparation

For the raspberry dressing, stir the jam with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.

Season the planted.chicken with a little salt and pepper and roast in olive oil until crispy according to the packet instructions. Wash the lettuce, chop the nectarine, red onion and avocado.

Arrange everything together with the dressing and enjoy.
