Nice to meet you!

Meet Judith, Chris, Pascal, Lukas, Marion, David, Rasmus and Joanna - the first four are founders of Planted, and the whole group acts as our Senior Leadership Team. They lead our teams towards our goal of inspiring people to make a permanent switch to better protein, wherever they eat.

Planted is so much more than just a (very) tasty product - it's a mindset. They empower our team every day to make important decisions, to develop and to reach their full potential. We are all convinced that we can only achieve our ambitious goals with the best team.

What's so special about the Planted Spirit?

  • Mission

We are a passionate, dynamic and highly intrinsically motivated team working together on our mission: To inspire people to switch to better protein, no matter where they eat.

  • Teamwork beyond borders

As a fast-growing company operating in various countries, we enable our employees to work in one of our other offices once a year. This and our annual big get-together, together with our regular after-work events, promote cross-border collaboration and strengthen team spirit.

  • Responsibility

You take responsibility from day one. You are responsible for your tasks and projects and make an important contribution with your daily work. In addition, our short decision-making processes enable us to realize interesting projects quickly.

  • Feedback

Our goal is to constantly improve and grow as a team. To achieve this, we consistently rely on transparent and direct feedback as a valued method to learn from each other.

  • Development

Speaking of improvement: Our rapid growth creates many exciting new opportunities. We welcome and support your personal initiative to take on new challenges and invest in your personal and professional development with various initiatives.

  • Flexibility

Working independently of time and place is the most natural thing in the world for us. You freely distribute your working hours throughout the year according to your tasks and workload.

  • Team Spirit

Changing the world can be challenging, but our young, dynamic team ensures that the fun never stops. We organize joint activities and unique team events that bring all Planted Hero:ines from all countries together! One thing is certain: These events, followed by the most unforgettable parties, are a highlight for everyone! And of course, we also have a weekly after-work get-together: the best opportunity to get to know your teammates better over a post-work beer.

  • Diversity & equal opportunities

We employ people, and the great thing about us humans is that we perceive, think, and behave differently. We promote equal opportunities in the workplace and do not discriminate against anyone based on gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other non-professional classification. We look for diverse perspectives because we believe that this is precisely what enriches our corporate culture. It is the diversity that makes our collaboration so pleasant and enriching.
