Preparation

  1. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus, cut it into 2–3 cm pieces, and boil it in salted water for 3–5 minutes; then rinse it under cold water and let it dry.
  2. Quarter the strawberries and slice the red onion into thin strips.
  3. Cook the planted.skewers Herbs on the grill or in a pan according to the package instructions.
  4. Toast the pecans in a pan, add the maple syrup, and caramelize them gently for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Combine the asparagus, baby spinach or arugula, strawberries, red onion, pecans, and feta in a large bowl.
  6. Combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make a dressing, then drizzle it over the salad.
  7. Garnish the salad with the planted.skewers Herbs and serve immediately.
