180g Planted Limited Edition by Nenad
1 small lettuce
lime, cut into pieces
25g white sesame seeds, roasted
For the Spicy Mayo:
25g black sesame seeds, roasted
150g Vegan Mayo
20g Yuzu Kosho Paste e.g. Coop Fine Food
1 lime, grated
10g Sriracha Sauce
Pinch of salt
For the radish:
1 white radish, peeled and finely sliced
3dl water
1dl rice vinegar
5tbsp sugar
1tbsp salt

Mix all ingredients for the Spicy Mayo well and refrigerate.

For the pickled radish, first boil water, rice vinegar, salt and sugar and let cool. Then put radish in the pickle stock and refrigerate, it is best to make a day in advance.

Remove the outer unsightly leaves of the lettuce and prepare and wash the beautiful leaves.

Heat the Planted Limited Edition by Nenad in a frying pan about 3 min. on medium heat.

Mix the white and black sesame seeds and arrange in a bowl.

Arrange all other ingredients in separate bowls as well. The bowls can now be placed in the center of the table to share. Use the lettuce leaf as a taco and fill with all ingredients, and enjoy.
