Mezze plate with skewer

Ingredients

2 Servings

200 g planted.kebab
3-4 Wooden skewers
Olive oil (for frying)
50 g pickled (marinated) olives
2 Pita bread
2 Figs, fresh
50 g cherry tomatoes
6-7 Radishes
A few mint leaves, fresh

 

For the yogurt-feta cream

150 g Soy yoghurt, natural
50 g Feta, vegan
1 clove of garlic, pressed
Some parsley, fresh
Salt + pepper + hot paprika powder
For the hummus

200 g Chickpeas, cooked
½ EL Lemon, juice
4 EL Water
2 EL Olive oil
2 EL Tahini paste  
1 Clove of garlic, pressed
1 TL Salt
Some pepper + cumin

Preparation

Evenly thread the planted.kebab onto the wooden skewers. Fry in a preheated pan with a little olive oil on both sides for approx. 4 Min.

For the yogurt-feta cream, put soy yogurt in a bowl. Crumble the feta with your hands and add. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste and pour into a bowl.

For the hummus, put all ingredients in a mixing cup and process into a creamy mass. Add some water depending on the desired consistency. Season and pour into a bowl.

Place olives in a bowl for serving. Moisten pita breads and bake in the toaster. Cut each bread into 8 pieces. Wash figs and cut into strips. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes and radishes.

Arrange all ingredients nicely on a plate, decorate with some fresh Min. Serve.
