Ingredients

4 Servings

6-8 Tortillas
400 g planted.chicken Lemon & Herb
150 g leek, washed, shredded
100 g endive, plucked
2-3 tbsp kidney beans, cooked
2 green jalapeno, sliced
30 g vegan hard cheese, crumbled (e.g. Gondino Stagionato)
4 Radishes, sliced
½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
1tbsp olive oil (for frying)


For the sauce

150 g Crème fraîche (vegan)
50 g Soy yogurt, natural
1 Garlic clove, pressed
½ Bunch of chives, finely chopped
½ Lime, juice
A little salt + pepper

Preparation

Preparation fajita filling: Heat frying pan with a little oil, sauté leeks in it. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Then salt, remove and keep warm. Add Planted.chicken Lemon & Herb to the same pan, sauté for about 5 Min. stirring occasionally and keep warm.

Preparation sauce: Place crème fraîche in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and season.

Preparation: Warm the tortillas in the oven for about 4-6 minutes. Spread the sauce on the preheated tortillas. Top with the remaining ingredients and carefully roll them up. Enjoy while still warm.
