Ingredients

6–8tortillas
400g planted.chicken Lemon & Herb
150g leek, washed and sliced into rings
100g endive, torn into pieces
2–3tbsp kidney beans, cooked
2greenjalapeños, sliced
30g vegan hard cheese, crumbled (e.g., Gondino Stagionato)
4radishes, sliced
½bunchchives, finely chopped
1tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)


For the sauce

150 g Crème fraîche (vegan)
50 g Soy yogurt, natural
1 Garlic clove, pressed
½ Bunch of chives, finely chopped
½ Lime, juice
A little salt + pepper

Preparation

Preparation of the fajita filling: Heat a little oil in a skillet and sauté the leeks. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Then season with salt, remove from the skillet, and keep warm. Add Planted.chicken Lemon & Herb the same skillet, sauté for about 5 Min, stirring occasionally, and keep warm.

Preparation sauce: Place crème fraîche in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and season.

Preparation: Warm the tortillas in the oven for about 4-6 minutes. Spread the sauce on the preheated tortillas. Top with the remaining ingredients and carefully roll them up. Enjoy while still warm.
