Planted sets new Guinness World Record

Monday, August 30, 2021. Planted has set the new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up Planted invited guests to this spectacle as part of the opening ceremony of its production facility in Kempthal. A 119-meter-long vegan schnitzel was produced on a pea protein basis. More than 11 meters more than the previous record holder.
