Planted: This is how an ETH Zurich spin-off wants to take off in Austria with vegan chicken

Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and last week launched a pea-based meat alternative in Austria. In the interview, the two co-founders Lukas Böni and Pascal Bieri talk about how the idea for vegan "chicken meat" came about and what other projects are still in the pipeline.
